1 Right to Capture: The Client agrees that Mom’s Made (the "Company") and its representatives may capture images, video, and audio of the event, custom designs, and preparations associated with the services provided.

2 Grant of License: The Client hereby grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, publish, and display such media for the purposes of:

  • Professional portfolio display on the Company’s website.

  • Content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).

  • Marketing materials, brochures, and advertisements.

  • Submission to industry publications or blogs.

3 Privacy Protections: The Company agrees to act in good faith regarding the Client's privacy. Specifically:

  • Sensitive Data: No images of personal documents (e.g., private addresses on invitations, personal checks, or private contracts) will be published.

  • Tagging: The Company will not "tag" the Client’s personal social media handles without prior verbal or written consent.

  • Safety: No images revealing the specific home address of the Client will be shared.

4 Vendor Credits: When sharing media, the Company agrees to provide proper credit to other vendors (e.g., photographers or florists) where reasonably possible and expects the same in return if the Client shares the Company's original design work.

5 Opt-Out/Privacy Request: If the Client requires the event to remain strictly private (e.g., a high-profile or confidential event), the Client must notify the Company in writing prior to the signing of this Agreement. A "Privacy Surcharge" may apply if the Company is restricted from using the event for future marketing.

Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality We take immense pride in the 15+ years of craft we bring to your event. Because our custom designs, favors, and installations are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, all payments are non-refundable. We work closely with you during the proofing process to ensure you are 100% in love with the design before we start creating. If an issue arises with your order, we are committed to working with you to find a creative solution.
