As we specialize in custom designs, final pricing is tailored to the unique specifications of your project. Please find some of the baseline rates for common services offered.
Event Consultant
The Hourly Rate
Consultations, small birthday parties, or "pick-my-brain" sessions.: Range from $25 – $75 per hour. (Min 2 Hours)
The Flat Fee (Package Pricing)
Events with a clear beginning and end, like a graduation or a holiday party.
Day-of Coordination: $400 to $1500. I step in 2 weeks before to manage vendors, make sure everything is there and ready to go.
Partial Planning: $1,500 and up. You help with vendor selection and decor, and light set-up
Full-Service Planning: 12% of the cost of the Event. (this is geared toward weddings, large corporate parties, and family reunions), I handle everything from venue scouting to the final clean-up.

CUSTOM ORDER FORM
ARTWORK OWNERSHIP
1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Moms Made ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the purchase of custom-designed apparel and goods.
2. Intellectual Property (IP) and Ownership
The Customer warrants that they own the rights to, or have obtained legal permission for, any artwork, logos, or images uploaded for printing. Moms Made assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the use of customer-provided designs. Conversely, all original designs, slogans, website content, and logos created by Moms Made remain our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3. Artwork Approval and Accuracy
Production begins only after the Customer provides written or digital approval of the final "Digital Proof." Moms Made is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation that were present in the approved proof. Furthermore, we are not liable for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files provided by the Customer. We recommend files be at least 300 DPI for optimal results.
4. Limitation of Liability and Variations
Due to the nature of textile manufacturing and digital-to-garment printing, the Customer acknowledges that minor variations in color (due to screen calibration differences) and garment sizing (industry-standard tolerance of 1–2 inches) are possible. Such variations do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Moms Made Terms: By ordering, you confirm ownership of artwork. Production starts after proof approval; we aren't liable for typos or low-res files. Note: minor color/size variations (1-2") are standard. All custom sales are final.
